Almost 40 years have already passed since our company developed a line of carbon fibers that now proudly bear the "Tenax" name. In recent years, the value of carbon fiber has been increasingly expanded, and its presence is well recognized as a leading-edge contributor in the materials industry. Because of its lightweight and strength features, carbon fiber finds extensive application throughout the world in such fields as aerospace, sports & leisure, and general industries. We fully expect that it will have a wider range of industrial applications as today's keywords such as "energy savings," "power savings," and "environmental problems" are a vital concern to our society. With three production and sales bases in the world: Japan (Asia), Germany (Europe) and the United States, our company makes every endeavor to respond to customers' needs through its global network. To widen the scope of applications for carbon fiber, we must continue to develop higher-performance and more cost effective carbon fibers, molding processes capable of mass production, while we establish a recycling and a stable supply system. Our company is committed to solving these challenges one after another, thereby contributing to society. In the businesses of textiles, machinery and engineering, and services, we differentiate our products and services to satisfy customers' demands.
